Student Handbook — BridgeWorks Academy™

Each enrollment includes 12 months of program access from the date of enrollment. Access begins immediately — there is no activation delay or waiting period.

All lessons, module quizzes, final assessments, and certificate materials are included within the 12-month access window. Downloadable resources and templates associated with your program are also included.

Students are encouraged to complete programs within their access window. Enrollment renewals may be available — contact admissions for details.

BridgeWorks Academy™ students are expected to engage with all coursework independently and professionally.

• Complete coursework independently and at your own pace
• Academic integrity: all work, answers, and assessments submitted must represent your own understanding
• Quizzes and final assessments must be completed without outside assistance
• Treat program materials, community interactions, and institutional communications professionally

BridgeWorks Academy™ programs are professional development credentials. The value of your certificate depends on the integrity of the completion process.

Misrepresentation of completion — including submitting work that is not your own, sharing assessment answers, or falsely claiming program completion — is a violation of enrollment terms and may result in certificate revocation and access termination without refund.

BridgeWorks Academy™ reserves the right to review assessment submissions and revoke credentials where integrity violations are identified.

To earn your BridgeWorks Academy™ completion certificate, you must:

• Complete all required lessons in the program
• Pass all module quizzes within the program
• Pass the final assessment at 80% or above

Certificates are issued digitally upon program completion. You will be able to access and download your certificate from your student dashboard.

Certificates issued by BridgeWorks Academy™ recognize successful completion of professional training programs. Certificates demonstrate operational knowledge and program competency.

BridgeWorks Academy™ completion certificates are not:

• Government-issued licenses or permits
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) credentials
• Academic degrees or collegiate credits
• State-accredited professional certifications

Unless expressly stated in the program description, no government-issued credential or regulatory authority is conferred by program completion.

Response time: within 2 business days.

Because program access is provided immediately upon enrollment, refund requests must be submitted within the stated eligibility window as outlined in the full Refund Policy.

Refund requests submitted after the eligibility window may not be honored. Review the full policy before enrolling.

Students are expected to engage with program materials, instructor content, and institutional communications professionally and in good faith.

BridgeWorks Academy™ reserves the right to revoke program access for:

• Misuse of platform resources or materials
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing proprietary program content
• Academic integrity violations
• Conduct that violates the terms of enrollment
